Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Chlorpheniramine Maleate & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Syrup
Each 5 ml contains:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide           I.P.           15 mg.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate                      I.P.             2 mg.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride                  I.P.             5 mg.
Flavoured Sorbitol Base                                              q.s.
Colour: Ponceau 4R
Dosage: As directed by the Physician.
Storage: Store in a Dry Place at a temperature not exceeding 25°c. Protect From Light.
